Ralph joined Lightspeed Research in 2005 as the European Marketing Manager and became the Marketing Director, EMEA in July 2008. He is responsible for the development and implementation of the marketing strategy across Europe to promote Lightspeed Research within the market. Ralph has over 12 years marketing experience with over half being within market research.
Ralph previously was a senior marketing executive within the ORC e-Insight department at ORC International. There he was responsible for the marketing and development of their Internet products and was responsible for maintaining the corporate Internet site and customer database. Ralph also organised and presented at several seminars on using the Internet for research.
Previously he worked for Canon UK Limited within their dealer-marketing department and was responsible for all aspects of marketing to their office product dealers. While at Canon he developed and managed their new Extranet site which helped revolutionise the way they communicated with their business partners.
